Breakfast
I think it is a big deal to eat breakfast,but saying that,even I don't always eat breakfast. It can have an effect on your weight. I think its mostly because if you skip breakfast, you're going to want to eat a whole lot to make up for the missed meal. Other than your weight it can have an effect on a lot of other aspects of your daily life, so skipping breakfast isn't a good thing.
