I don't think it really matters to the students if CHS follows regular procedure or not.The ones that are going to leave or skip are going to do it regardless because they don't care.If it was up to me,I'd go ahead with normal procedures.It would be up to the student then.If they could get away with another absence and still pass then they can go ahead.
